We believe that we receive salvation when we come to God through faith in the atoning work of Jesus on the cross. Salvation is God’s gift to us (Eph. 2:8).
We believe that, while we were sinners, Christ died for us—pardoning all who believe in Him (John 3:16; Rom. 5:8).
We believe that, upon sincere repentance and a whole hearted acceptance of Christ, we are justified before God (Rom. 10:8-10; 1 John 1:9).

Home grown here in Salinas, John and Grace McFall were drawn to the incredible life transformation and passion of Jesus. This remarkable love that was shown to them by Christ through others would inspire them in the same way. This inspired love would be catalytic in creating and building the community at Parallel Church.
It is their life aspiration to see the same God that met them in their own personal fears, struggles, and pain to meet others there as well. They believe that people can be healed, encouraged, and emboldened as they live in community with each other.
